I came to Apex Hospital to get my gall bladder stone removed. The staff they took complete care of me from the beginning till the end. It was done in the operation theatre using the latest technology robotic surgery which went very quickly and easily with less pain. The cleanliness was neat and clean and the staff treated very well with me with care again and again . I would like to thank all the doctors and staff members of Apex Hospital for taking care of my health.

Dr rajneesh is excellent surgeon.in the Apex hospital Very good doctors team and treatment also well in the hospital. Staff are very cooperative and understand the problems of the patients when we approach any counter. Even of so many empanelment in the hospital they manage the opd and ipd patients very well.specially thanks to Dr.ashvni Kapoor anesthesia department.he help me to take decision easier. Feedback on Overall Experience Overall experience was good. As generally expected in the case of RGHS, the process was relatively slow; however, it was manageable. The service I appreciated the most was the availability of a dedicated uploading counter. It significantly helped patients by simplifying document submission and reducing confusion. That said, there is scope for further improvement through increased automation. Specifically: Automated report flow from laboratory to doctor Seamless digital transfer of reports to the uploading counter Token-based dispatch and tracking system for better patient movement management Implementing these improvements would enhance efficiency, reduce waiting time, and improve the overall patient experience.

Dr sandeep grag is one of best renowned orthopedic surgeon in Jaipur. He is very calm and listen patient very patiently. He is the best motivator to the patients and nursing staff. All nursing staff, safai wala, attendents, food service staff who have taken care of me are great and attended me on call.
